What this panel is
The D3003 is a decorative wall panel made from polystyrene (PS), produced in two series, D3003C and D3003D. It measures 300mm in width and 3mm in thickness. PS panels are chosen for interior cladding because they are light and they finish a wall without plastering or painting.
This profile is normally specified for feature walls and volume fit-out work in hospitality, offices and residential projects. It is a decorative cladding rather than a structural board, so the wall behind it carries the load and sets the flatness.
Why buyers specify this profile
At 300mm the panel covers wall area quickly, so fewer panels are needed per square metre, and the 3mm thickness keeps the finished profile slim. The D3003 family is shown in two series with 13 colours, which makes it easy to mix colours across rooms while keeping a single profile on the wall.
Specifications

Colours and finishes available
The colour charts below show the D3003D series (6 colours) and the D3003C series (7 colours), 13 colours in total. Colour availability can change between production runs, so tell us which series and colour codes you need and we will confirm current availability and lead time.
Installation notes
Prepare a dry, reasonably flat substrate and key glossy or painted walls so the adhesive can grip. Apply adhesive in a continuous bead along the flute valleys and around the panel edges rather than in isolated dabs, so the panel sits flat. Cut with a fine-tooth blade and support the offcut so the flute does not tear. Where two panels meet, keep the rhythm of the flute continuous across the join, as an inconsistent rhythm is the most visible fault on a finished wall.
Ordering and lead time
Pricing for the D3003 is calculated against the actual order rather than published as a fixed price list, because carton configuration and mixed-width loads change the landed cost. Production lead time is 25 days, and annual capacity is around 120 high-cube containers. Mixed-width orders across several profiles are normal in this category.
